There being no objection, it was so ordered. 2008-04-06 House Journal Page 2670 Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Samuels and Crawford: Page 2, lines 9 - 10: Delete "[FOR CONTRIBUTIONS IN EXCESS OF $250 IN THE AGGREGATE DURING A CALENDAR YEAR,]" Insert "for contributions in excess of $50 [$250] in the aggregate during a calendar year," Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There was objection. Amendment to Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Samuels: Add to the amendment: "Page 6, line 22: Delete "Sections 1 and 14 of this Act take" Insert "Section 14 of this Act takes"" Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment to Amendment No. 1 be adopted.
